Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees. Our Group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.

 
IT Delivery has the responsibility to optimize the Group’s IT Delivery, and provide IT development services for the Group Head Office functions.
 
The candidate will support the Head of IT Delivery in all aspects of his area of responsibility with specific focus on the following:

  • Design, validation and implementation of all matters relating to the new IFRS17 solution service delivery model; here the focus is both on implementation of effective work processes and supporting technical workflows
  • Working to ensure acceptance for the IFRS implementation projects and enable organizational changes throughout the Group
  • Working to provide all members of the IFRS-GCFO Community with a help to use new subledger system
  • Interaction with the other members of the Program NEXT and other project members responsible for parts of the IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 projects and systems outside IT Delivery
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
 
Must have
  • University Degree in computer science, mathematics, economics or adequate seniority
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with an attention to detail
  • Excellent IT knowledge of ERP/Information IT systems implementation with focus on SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Track record in implementing IT systems/projects with special focus on connecting IT interface and user experience
  • Track record of delivery of complex global and cross functional change projects/programs
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Nice to have

  • SAP Suite expertise with focus on Data extraction, data integration and transformation, Data modeling for Financial Accounting, DW and BI Design, Development and Reporting
  • SAP Suite experience in CO and FI including ABAP development
  • SAP Architecture know how
  • Additional foreign language is a plus
