We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Business Support System (BSS) development projects for one of Japan's leading technology companies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-risk B2C BSS system development projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and key updates to executive leadership while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor project team members, coordinate resources, and foster a collaborative, high-performing project environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Proven experience managing high-risk, large-scale IT or BSS system implementation projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management and budget tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced project environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and complex project challenges.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent (required).
• Japanese: Conversational level or above (required).
