Roles/Responsibilities

  • Reviewing IT Service Quality planning, problem management, monitoring action item progress, helping identify risks and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate IT service quality improvement strategy across IT
  • Report to senior IT management regularly

Required skills
  • 8+ years's experience in IT management
  • Experienced in people, budget and contract management
  • ITIL certification
  • Fluent Japanese (including reading/writing), Business-level English

  • Superior communication and negotiation skills
