  • Communication with high level internal and external stakeholders with regards to incident management and operational support
  • Incident resolution
  • ITIL based operational process definition and creation
  • Documentation of process improvement, incident reports, monthly metrics
  • IT budget planing support

Required skills
  • IT system engineer experience
  • ITIL-based large-scale system operation experience
  • Solid communication skills
