SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Communicate and negotiate with key client stakeholders as it pertains to the deliver of service (including regular reports).
  • Create and monitor service improvement plans.
  • Reduce escalations by managing client expectations and manage scoop creep.
  • Problem and incident management

Required skills
  • Knowledge of financial IT systems, and finance business workflows
  • Solid experience in Service Delivery Management
  • Able to work in kansai
