As an Automation Developer, you are going to be part of a cross-functional automation squad that delivers complex process automation using appropriate tools and technologies. You will be working with industry-leading RPA, OCR and assisted automation software to build robust solutions that fulfill the team's quality standards and customer's business requirements. While building and testing the necessary components, you will strongly focus on reusability and ease of integration. To a lesser degree, you will also be expected to perform maintenance on existing automation whenever mandated by technical or business changes.
For this role, you will need to have proven the experience of successfully automating manual repetitive tasks for your team using tools like Macros, AutoHotkey or AutoIt. You have demonstrated your ability to deliver solutions that are resilient against system or application changes and - depending on the scale of your work - reusable. You have also proven your skill to document and explain the usage of your solution with a non-technical audience in mind.
Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience with RPA software like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Any additional knowledge of programming through practical experience and/or your educational background would be considered a plus. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. Join us, and let's move money for better
