Better starts and ends with the customer
You'll be responsible for managing data-base solution to ensure Digital Payment products and processes are working as expected. Identifying opportunities to improve existing products and processes. Exploring new tools and systems to improve Digital Payments products acceptance across the Globe and own Bank fees reporting and optimization program. Also you will actively working with the project management team to complete detailed business requirements, assesses impacts of projects, and ensure key tasks are incorporated to project plans.

For this role, you will need to have Good understanding of Digital Payments landscape. Be proficient with data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Python, Power BI, Splunk, etc. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with many departments and levels of management. Demonstrate Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle stringent deadlines. Also you will need an ability to develop and document business requirements.

Annual base salary gross: 31,486 - 60,262 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
