You'll be part of the Global Workforce Management team that is responsible for operational workload forecasting, staffing capacity planning and effective scheduling balancing between business needs, labor law and WU employees' satisfaction. You will also focus on delivering great customer experience and ensuring long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.
We need you to have experience within a Workforce Scheduling/Forecasting environment, advanced experience in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. Also, you will need to have strong problem solving and analytical skills, high attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, strong interpersonal and communication skills. We expect, that your strength is to multitask in a structured, fast-paced, deadline-oriented and demanding environment with minimal supervision. Annual base salary gross: 17,248 - 30,544 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
