You'll be responsible for ensuring that Western Union Money Transfer services and products are deployed with our business partners effectively and that service quality and supporting objectives are consistent with strategic goals and standards. You'll manage the day-to-day performance across the operational departments ensuring that the teams adhere to internal policies and contracts whilst demonstrating customer service excellence. You'll use your strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity, create efficiencies, and coordinate among other WU teams to ensure workflow is maximised while providing leadership in digital customer services area.
We need you to have at least 5 years of experience in managing a large operational team, as well as a proven track record of delivering customer experience improvements and cost-saving efficiencies. You have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service and a high degree of analytical mindset, strategic planning, and strong communication skills. Annual base salary gross: 41,909 - 68,225 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
