Better starts and ends with the customer
We'll look to you to coordinate investigation cases of problematic outgoing transactions in a case management system and act as an escalation point for Investigation Coordinators team and provide consistent, quality service to assist Client Support teams regarding coordination and Masspay questions. You will communicate effectively with internal and external banking business partners to solve investigation issues. You'll assist Team Leader with coordinating and supporting overall successful day-to-day team operations and more complex tasks or resolving issues and train new staff members as well as provide coverage to support different shifts.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive experience within the payment processing jobs
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

You'll be participating in various projects and initiatives to enhance, streamline and automate the existing processes and reduce the risk of errors where applicable. Furthermore, you'll be tasked with providing consistent, quality customer service to assist our partners and their customers. This is a role that requires brilliant organizational skills, as well as the ability to forge valuable relationships and a real passion for customer service.

Ideally, you will have a post-secondary education in either Business or Finance, with a minimum of two years of experience in the Financial Services industry. You will possess strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and have a positive and proactive attitude. The ability to multitask is a must, and you'll need to work independently to hit tight deadlines. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of the German language is a huge plus.

Annual base salary gross: 13,689 - 23,467 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
