The Business Operations Officer structures and oversees the administrative activities of the Facilities department and leads the review of administrative procedures across Business Services. The role requires strong coordination and team management experience gained in a demanding professional environment rather than specific technical expertise.




What you will be working on




Facilities team
supervision

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to a junior administrative team.


• Organise, prioritise and monitor routine administrative tasks.


• Structure the team's daily operations and promote a methodical, rigorous approach.


• Act as the team's first point of contact for day-to-day management and guidance.

Administrative procedures

• Review and update administrative procedures across Business Services.


• Document processes clearly so they can be easily followed by junior team members.


• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

What we look for

• Significant professional experience in a professional services environment, such as a Big Four firm or an equivalent organisation.

• Demonstrated versatility across several functions, such as IT, tax, regulatory matters, compliance or administrative management.

• Previous experience managing or coordinating a team.

• Professional maturity, strong organisational skills and a structured way of working.

• A strong motivation to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
