For various Allianz insurance companies from different countries, we maintain several investment vehicles for Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure in Luxembourg with a target investment volume exceeding 13bn EUR. We are searching for a Legal Assistance to support legal matters and the full team on part time and/or full-time basis.

Your new duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate correspondence/reporting with asset managers, legal/tax advisors and service providers
  • Coordinate correspondence/reporting with public and regulatory authorities regarding legal matters
  • Organize shareholder or board meetings
  • File keeping and continuous review of all documents which have to be stored in virtue of Luxembourg law or group guidelines 
  • Team Support (travel booking/travel costs, invoicing, budget, HR matters, team meetings/events)

Key Requirements / Experience / Skills

  • Corresponding professional education (universal degree appreciated but not a must)
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communication, facilitation, conflict management skills to manage diverse stakeholders and providers
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar position or with similar tasks
  • Fluency in English and German; other European languages, esp. French would be an asset
