FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
This role will support the Dashboard Team at FundPartner Solutions , focusing on the development and implementation of dashboard projects related to fund reporting. The position involves close collaboration with fund operations teams to identify, define, and deliver effective data visualization and reporting solutions. Core responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying dashboards and data visualizations, primarily using Tableau, as well as managing related databases.
Your role
• Identify and analyze reporting and operational monitoring needs in collaboration with business teams.
• Define the necessary data structures in partnership with data teams.
• Design, adapt, and publish dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Ensure quality control through data checks, testing, and regular feedback on new dashboard features.

Your role

Your profile
Education:
- Master's degree in a technical discipline (digital transformation, information management, statistics, or equivalent).
Requested experience:
- Experience in the investment fund sector is preferred.
Technical skills:
- Proven experience in developing dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, including integration of custom scripts (Python, SAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in data cleaning, management, and analysis.
- Interest in innovative methods for collecting, analyzing, presenting, and disseminating information.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in project management.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Versatility, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team spirit, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Language skills:
- Fluency in spoken and written English; French is an advantage.
