Application Support - eBanking

  • Perform Level 1 Production Support and regular system health check.
  • Understand, evaluate and prioritize business issues/queries/requests and manage user expectations.
  • Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing and implementation
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure user priorities are handled within expected timelines.
  • Pro-actively look for Production system improvements and defects prevention to add value to business.
  • Perform coding/scripting and unit testing for minor changes and process automation.
  • Work on DR system and look for continuous improvement in recovery process
  • Work with other teams in IT and coordinate system related activities.
  • Ensure compliance to internal processes and support Audit review.


Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in IT or other related fields
  • Knowledge in Consumer Internet Banking will be an added advantage
  • knowledge in Windows IIS 7.0 / Weblogic environment
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge on Oracle, SQL, JavaScript, C#, XML
  • Strong technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Possess initiative, drive, ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes
  • Able to work outside normal office hours to support critical production issues
  • Able to travel to Cyberjaya periodically for system support on rotational basis
