Business Analyst Internet and Mobile Banking, Business Transformation

Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Championing system enhancement that impacts OCBC Retail Internet and Mobile Banking service
i. Represent Business Transformation as Business Project Manager
ii. Engage stakeholders from various departments and divisions and compile their requirements into meaningful User Requirement document
iii. Drive Customer Experience workshop locally and obtain approval from Group Customer Experience on digital journey
iv. Engage and manage third party vendor that participates in the project
v. Collaborate with IT Project Manager ensuring the requirements are translated into actual deliverable within agreed Project Timeline
vi. Develop UAT Plan, scripts and execute testing according to test plan
vii. Obtain UAT sign-off and approval to deploy the system enhancement
viii. Collaborate with E-Business Marketing Manager to see through the success go-to market of the enhancement
2. Work closely with other departments such as IT, Operations, Contact Centre and etc to close customers' complain and dispute investigation and escalation to POM (FPX, Giro and JomPAY) or Electronic Banking Operations (IBFT) for refund
3. Reconcile monthly AmBank Bills Payment transaction, timely processing of customer's refund or chargeback request, monthly processing of commission earned and as liaison with AmBank on customer's complain
4. Periodic reporting on channel response time for JomPAY, mandatory regulatory,
5. Key liaison with MyClear and MEPS on system downtime notification and new Operating Guideline leading to system enhancements
6. Represent Business Transformation in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Process (BCP) exercise
7. Ensuring the success of Business Transformation audit

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1. Degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Project Management (preferably as a Project Lead role)
2. Must have experience in successfully deploying projects
3. Good presentation skills with the ability to highlight learning and key points
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Must be comfortable to deliver in a results and KPI oriented structure with clear goals and targets
