Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Operations is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organisation with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking experienced individual to join our Cards and Loans Business Services's t eam within HOST Operations as a Cards and Loans Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Cards & Loans Business Services (CLBS) is a unit within the HOST Operations team with primary responsibilities for handling all cards related matters post approval as well as review of personal OD.
  • CLBS is divided into 3 sections, i.e. Cards Personalisation/OD review and non-monetary maintenance, Dispute, Chargeback and Helpdesk and BT/CIP processing and monetary maintenance.

  • Currently working in HOST Operations
  • Possess good verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
  • Ability to multi task and attention to details
  • Ability to build rapport with people
  • Ability to self-direct and self-motivate in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong team player with an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible working style;
