Description

Apps Support Sr. Analyst
  • Overseeing a small team of SME supporting consumer cards projects cross all channels from customer service module and self service channels including ATM and CDM
  • Person in charge/point of contact to all business for all consumer cards related matter and local automation requirements
  • Overseeing consumer cards enhancement and the success of change implementation
  • Overseeing prioritization and consumer business release management ensuring all business priorities are prioritized appropriately
  • Point person for critical cards production incident
  • Point person for cards vendor discussion on technology related
  • Point person for credit products audit related to system and technical discussion
  • Point person for association meeting for Technical discussion


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience on consumer cards business project management 
  • Intermediate Knowledge on how Cards system (authorization, charge back, rewards and etc) works including the the process of settlement
  • Intermediate Knowledge on how ATM and CDM works
  • Intermediate Knowledge in CCRIS Bureau pull and update functions
  • Intermediate Knowledge in eMerchant functions
  • Basic knowledge in  host common holiday table
  • Basic knowledge in NDM
