This exciting role in our client service support desk is created to mainly provide client services and technical support to our Financial Institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide first/second level support by identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting issue in a timely manner.
•Perform monitoring and follow-up on the issues closely.
•Create and maintain issue documents as well as update the knowledge base.
•Determine case-priority before escalation.
•Generate and compile resolution reports on a daily basis.

•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•Possess strong motivation and good communication skill.
•Possess ability to work under minimum supervision.
•Familiar with working with databases (Oracle/ MS SQL).
•Experience user of Java or VB.NET would be added advantage.
•Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
