Community Banking Team Managers (Penang)

- To effectively and efficiently manage a team of Relationship Managers in meeting revenue and balances Key Performance Indicators.
- Build and develop Relationship Manager competencies in managing customer relationships, provide appropriate banking solutions to customers and prudent risk management.
- Develop strategies to promote the business by analyzing opportunities and recommending objectives to the higher management.
- Responsible to establish business plans, performance tracking measurements and review process for the team.
- To increase the team's effectiveness by recruiting, training, coaching, communicating values and strategies across.
- Coordinate efforts by establishing relationship with internal stakeholders in achieving Key Performance Indicators.
- Adhere to banking ethical standards and comply to industry regulations.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of commercial banking experience in portfolio management and relationship banking
- Experience in leadership positions with exposure in sales.
- Good understanding of banking law and practices
- Preferably a degree holder with the relevant disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound financial knowledge
