The Role Responsibilities

    Manage projects in Core Banking Product Upgrade Manages a sub-programme/ project, or group of small projects in Agile delivery mode Defines the detailed plan and its interdependencies, including planning for and locating project resources Identifies inter-dependencies with other projects Designs and implements an organisational project structure that works effectively and maximises efficiency Reviews and monitors risk mitigation and contingency plans Manages communications between projects Monitors issues and ensures that resolution is reached Participates in contract negotiations with vendors and Contractors, where appropriate Champions project management principles and techniques Implements and educates project team in quality management Interact with various teams in eBBS namely Delivery, Development, Design, Infra and PSS and ensure the project is successfully delivered Ensure the financial planning, demand and supply and resource management for Projects driven is managed diligently. Follow Standard Chartered processes related to Project Management namely Workwise, Compliance Dashboard, PSP, TSP and Production Change Management
