Executive, Telemarketing (Contract)

Role Summary

Achieve and exceed the set sales target by selling HLBB banking products or facilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers through phone in promoting HLB to cross sell insurance and protection planning product by using probing, qualifying and closing skills.
  • To explain HLB product offering, product promotions and to pre-qualify prospect based on specific criteria
  • Generate additional leads through referrals for acquisition purposes.
  • To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
  • To maintain and uphold service standards ensuring it is complying to the compliance and consistency of Code of Conduct & Ethic policy in cards and personal loan acquisition effort at all times.
  • Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market.
  • Active participation in providing feedback during discussions
  • Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management.
Organizational Responsibilities
  • Ensuring department controls are in place and process flows are complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
  • Respect the HLB culture and take an active role in the communities.
Education / Qualification
  • SPM
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1 year in sales industry, preferably Telesales environment
  • Candidates with proven sales track record in relevant sales environment will be an added advantage

  • Able to work under pressure, aggressive, result-orientated and resourceful
  • Multi-lingual
