GT D&I-Interfaces Delivery-Interfaces Support Manager
Job Purpose *
Interfaces Delivery has multiple critical systems such as ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) for enterprise integration,API for external partner integration and Open Banking, Sterling Commerce for batch file integration and BPM (Business Process Manager ) for Branch and Ops workflow management for Remittance / TT. To keep these critical system stable,we need a strong support manager for managing system support for all the system under Interfaces. Key Responsibilities *
Manage Production support team for interfaces, Responsible for system monitoring, health check and reporting, Responsible for Interfaces Change Management and Incident Management, Manage L1,L2 and L3 team for Troubleshooting Production issues and report progress to stakeholders.People management and In-house team development. Qualifications Job Specification *
Manage Production and Operation support for ESB, BPM, API and Sterling commerce, Manage Support staffs, responsible for L1, L2 and L3 support. To ensure the system is stable and available as per BCM system criticality standards, Support DR activities and manage changes.
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc) Bachelor Degree
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
- Minimum 12 years exp in IT
Relevant Work Experience
Required Competencies and Skills *
- At least 10 years of experience in supporting applications. Experience in managing integration system support is a plus.
