Head, SME Banking - Portfolio Management and Business Support MY
Portfolio Management of SME Banking assets and liabilities, including prioritization of assets reviews, wallet sizing analyse data to select, identify and enhance customer portfolio with objective of maximizing return of the portfolio. Reviews and assess EWI on the assets and identify appropriate remedial actions to reduce potential losses and manage recovery of assets.
Reviews all assets of SME Banking and manage the asset quality thorughout the lifecycle of the loans in the banks
Identify oppurtunity for enhancement, wallet size and growth potential and implement sales rhytym to enhance this assets.
Review and manages credit operations and of the portfolio including managing government guaranteed asset to ensure compliance against guidelines issued , monitoing performance of assets under management. Conduct regular checks and health review of the portfolio to manage against potential risk from the market volatility.
Business Growth via new Channel
Oversee the overall support functions for the new partnership in collaboration with external partners and stakeholder and grow business through new channels such as branches, partners.
Enhance collaboration with ImSME as national portal for loans application to ensure delivery of micro financing scheme and other digital platforms and generate additional revenue from new market.
Manage asset quality and enhance R&R capability to support the business and ailing business, to rehabilitate and manage asset quality
Cross Sell and Virtual RM
Identify enhancement oppurtunity and engage high potentail customer for wallet sizing and cross sell increase profitability and stickiness of existing portfolio. Manage portfolio relationship model thru structured engagement of customers through events , webinars to improve customer service and improved customer experience. Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant banking, credit, sales and operations preferably in SME Banking , Business Banking
- In-depth knowledge in SME Banking business.
- In-depth knowledge in Operations, Credit and Sales.
- Strong knowledge on Retail SME operation via portfolio management and straight thru operations.
- Good leadership skillls
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
