Identity Services Management - Team Lead

  • Perform daily BAU process management without compromising controls;
  • To ensure BAU transactions meeting SLA and service standards are met.
  • Perform regular monitoring and ensure process compliance with guidelines, policies and up-to-date documentation
  • Consistently lead and initiate continuous improvements across all key areas of operations management, people, processes, risk and systems;
  • Conduct on-the-job training for staff; coaching and mentoring staff;
  • Constantly promoting a positive mindset and holistic outlook amongst staff
  • Build and enhance the service oriented culture and excellence of the department;
  • Perform and ensure timely reporting of all required reports;
  • To lead/participate in ad-hoc job assignments require from time to time from department/division/functional group.


Qualifications
  • Preferably a recognized Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Information Systems or its equivalent. Non-IT degree holder with relevant working experience is strongly encouraged to apply as well;
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking operations work;
  • Self-motivated person who is a team player;
  • Possesses initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and all levels of management
  • Responsive, neat and meticulous in discharging duties;
  • Able to organize, lead and cultivate good teamwork amongst staff are essential attributes;
  • Able to communicate in both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities;
  • Good problem analysis and resolution skills. Proactive and consistently show initiatives;
  • Able to contribute independently as well as through others;
  • Good influencing skills with the team; department; across departments & functional groups;
  • Ability to collaborate well across seniority, cultures and locations;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight datelines
  • Candidate must be mobile and flexible to move between processing sites.
