  • Perform end to end Custody Billing, Fund Admin Billing and Statement Rendition processes assigned to within the specified SLA
  • Ensuring all processes are correctly executed, adherence to all control functions and delivers according to schedule and cut off time
  • Ensuring all special/exceptional requirements are met and adhered to
  • Ability to travel as required by job scope (Statement Rendition) and performing quality check on process performed by vendor
  • Ability to learn and switch from team to team within Billing Department and providing support to other team
  • Ability to lead team member to manage day to day operations/projects when required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance to branches to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
  • To handle MIS reporting
  • To proactively review, initiate, implement and streamline process relating to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements including workflow and procedures
  • To participate in system testing and client testing to implement global strategy and business needs
  • To work with Customer Service Officer and Internal Parties within SFS to investigate and resolve customer queries and issues ensuring customer satisfactions
  • Ensure effective controls and compliance
  • Adhere to corporate policies and participate in self assessment, quality reviews and audit and recommend solutions for potential risks and issues


  • Diploma or degree holder preferred
  • Should have minimum 3 years experience in operations is preferred
  • Experience in client service, securities operations or banking will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, if required
  • Team oriented and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising controls and risk parameters established
  • Strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively
  • Self-starter with excellent attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess very good interaction skills, and is highly articulate
