Manager, Branch Loyalty, Promotions & Events

Nationwide Promotion & Marketing Activity & Localized Branch Activity @ branches and Customer Engagement Events

  • To ensure relevant and value add promotional and marketing activity are introduced and implemented at branches;
  • To facilitate, support and administrate all branch localized activity proposal from all CFS branches including to initiate and organize event for Saturday banking
  • To liaise with stakeholders on the speaker and sponsorship
  • To monitor, track the readiness and support the smooth implementation of all such activity at branches
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of all such activity and recommend necessary changes from to time to time
  • To track Business Promotion Budget usage
  • Liaise with vendor. Engage vendor based on procurement policy, plan and manage the event.
  • Preparation of document and Ad Clearance
New Business Platforms & Initiatives (New Branch Opening, Branch Relocation & Branch Transformation), if any
  • To work & facilitate closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all necessary communication plan, marketing & promotion event and activity are effectively and properly discussed
  • To evaluate and review all such process and activity to ensure on-going improvement purpose;
  • To communicate and train all relevant staff (example branches) to ensure stage of readiness are excellent prior to implementation.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales or marketing experience
  • Possess good English writing skills as well as very strong interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work & coordinate cross functionally and with people of all levels
  • Must be mobile as this position involve frequent branch visitation from time to time
  • Dynamic, pro-active, result oriented and ability to work under pressure
  • Pleasant personality with good work attitude and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point
