JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The job holder is expected to work independently, to plan, direct and control the day-to-day activities within priorities agreed with the team lead and management.
  • Able to lead and transfer FWD's project and BA methodology to the team members and be a mentor guidance to the junior staffs.
  • The job holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours.
  • The job holder is also subject to all decisions and guidelines laid down by the Management but is able to organize the work tasks within his/her section.
  • Lead a team of BAs and also Temp Staffs to complete all projects and products assigned to the team; in addition, provide support for BAU process.
  • Needs to apply digitization within the given technology to all aspects of projects and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Degree holder in information systems, business administration or related subjects
  • Solid understanding of insurance operations and products, with at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • At least 5-8 years of related working experience

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Degree holder in information systems, business administration or related subjects
  • Solid understanding of insurance operations and products, with at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • At least 5-8 years of related working experience
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn and adopt new technology
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams and under pressure
  • Strong PC skills including MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word Processing
  • Experience in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and techniques
