Manager, Business Planning & People Management
This role requires an individual who will be:
Responsible for creating and implementing business planning and people management processes within the Auto Loan business.
§ Implement business planning processes by understand business direction and assess business needs to develop solutions
§ Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections. Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast.
§ Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations and higher productivity.
§ Be the main liaison for hiring and attrition between HR and Centre/Branches
§ Conduct training for Auto Loan O n-boarding program as well as other ad-hoc trainings
§ Produced monthly achievement reports, presentations and reviews as well as other reporting requirements for senior management.
§ Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Gathered team agreement through facilitation of presentations, staff discussions and whiteboard sessions.
§ To support & assist PFS Auto Loan on any other ad-hoc managerial/ Bankwide initiative
