Job Description
  • Ensure accuracy in APE reporting on daily, monthly basis.
  • Monthly operations report to Regional team.
  • Prepare report as required by management
  • Operational reports for local management
  • Risk ( Orion, KRI Risk Control Assessment, Gap Analysis, Scenario Analysis, Incident reporting Archer System, Risk Maturity Dashboard, Business Adoption Scorecard, Acid Test on Risk Management, Outsourcing, Product Risk Assessment, Compliance, Compliance Attestation Report, Declaration of clean Desk Policy , Privacy Self-Assessment , Vendor Management, BNM, Actuarial, QAP Quarterly Report).
  • IRM ( Quarterly Application Access Review IRM's quarterly Access review Shared folder Access Review)
  • BCP ( Call Tree, DR Test, Fusion system).

Requirements:
  • University Degree.
  • Experience in operations support.
  • People skills.
  • Good communication skills.
