Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop long term business relationship with the Great Eastern Agency Force / Outsource companies to refer business to the bank.
• Responsible for Housing Loan, Credit Cards and other cross-sell product targets from the Great Eastern Agency Force / outsource companies
• To monitor sales on daily/weekly/monthly basis and to ensure agent's productivity is efficient
• To ensure consistent sales activities to penetrate new and existing GE Agencies to meet sales target of at least 100 approved cards per month
• Responsible to increase percentage of GE agents participating in selling Housing Loan & Credit Cards
• Continuously engaged with agents to guide them to ensure that all housing loan and card submission are complied to the OCBC guidelines and to ensure the agent's approval rate is high
• Conduct regular training to GE/outsource agents on OCBC Secured and Unsecured Products
• To work closely with agents to solve customer's complaints and to reduce Compliance Call Back on agents
• Conduct periodic review on Franchise Agency/Outsource Companies to determine if all conditions fulfilled under our Outsource Agreement.

Qualifications
Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Results oriented
• Able to work independently and adherence to compliance requirements
