Description & Requirements

Job Objective :

• To develop, implement, and control the system's functionality and capabilities to support the department and company's overall business goal and strategy. Play a key role in ensuring the system can help business users transact business for Commercial Lines products' front and back-end core system in line with internal and external guidelines, including regulatory requirements. To ensure the UAT expected results are aligned with the business Requirement and Functionality provided and work within the target go-live timeline. To provide day-to-day support to business user in term of Product technical system control and advice user minimum requirement and solution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continue system analysis to identify gaps and propose enhancements, including frontend and backend core systems.
• To validate the Functional Specification Document, ensure alignment with the requirements, and maintain system performance to support daily transactions.
• Tracking and reporting project progress, including establishing priorities within the project.
• Analyst data and simulate system functionality to detect system errors and defects.
• Ensure day-to-day support to Distribution and Processing align with internal Guidelines and regulations.
• Troubleshoot system problems and propose effective solutions.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the changes
• Prepare training materials and provide training to user's internal and external
• Prepare Business Requirements for system enhancement or rectification.
• Manage UAT with LOB's and various internal departments.
• Ensure the system control and setup align with internal and external guidelines including regulatory.
