Solutions and System Manager

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:
1) Work on a portfolio of projects that aim to deliver significantly improved business performance that are part of our business transformation roadmap
2) Leading continuous improvement efforts centred around systems and technological projects for the Wealth Management business
3) Work closely with the product teams, functional teams and other key stakeholders to drive change management arising from the projects
4) Support product teams in the product development and front-line support tasks which involves defining, configuring, testing, deploying and troubleshooting applications and business solutions to support product development and front-line support

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and familiar with banking systems and preferably deposits products.
• Must have strong system/business process skills and be able to articulate solutions to business units and IT stakeholders.
• Good team player who possesses strong project management, analytical excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently without much supervision as well as a team player when required
• Resourceful and ability to think outside the box
• Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required
