Treasury Product Manager

Achieve business financial objectives by developing , leading and implementing product strategy for treasury product

1. Product Development
• Responsible for Treasury product management, development and strategy.
• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, i.e. responsible for timely and successful product launch.
• Work with Research and Advisory team for market views and utilize the information for product ideas.
• Work with Treasury Advisory Investment on derivative products with equity, credit interest rate and commodities underlying.
• Ensure products are continuously in full compliance with internal and external regulations, guidelines and policies.
• Assess market competition by comparing the Bank's product to competitors' products. Identify the Bank's product unique selling points and share with distribution on how to position / pitch the Bank's product over competitors' products

2. Customer Experience and Service Champion
• Serve as product expert and point person to stakeholders when needed.
• Deliver regulatory/internal Treasury Product reports both accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate to respective stake holders whenever there is new and/or changes in sales process for new and/or existing product.
• Responsible for sales support and marketing, risk and compliance approvals, operations and technology readiness for the Treasury products.
• Implement activities and campaigns to improve external customer engagement and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure that customer complaint is being investigated, treated fairly and set corrective action plan to minimize customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction.

3. Managing Reporting and Analysis

• Deliver regulatory/internal Treasury Product reports both accurately and in a timely manner.
• Recommend or monitor performances of distribution channels - investment penetration rate, participation and productivity by segment Perform data analysis and interpretation - sales productivity by segment, and product portfolio for diversification and concentration management.
• Manage the communication related to product on website, share point and product catalogue.

1.Graduate in economics, business, finance or any banking and financial related studies
2. Possess relevant working experience, structured investment and fix income related.
3. Key competencies exemplary oral and written communication skills, analytical skill, proactive and a team player.
