Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Systems Sales Specialist for the IBM Systems in key accounts, you will be responsible for selling IBM's system hardware portfolio in a defined territory.
The primary role will be to maintain and grow existing revenue streams and relationships while penetrating competitive environments and winning new workloads which will be measured by monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Deep understanding of IBM Systems product portfolio will be a key advantage as you will be crafting solutions to meet the demand of the clients business requirements while competing with other major vendors.
Prior client-facing sales experience will be an advantage as the role will require direct interaction with both clients and business partners.
As part of the role, you'll also be responsible for navigating internal IBM to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client, while applying IBM brand strategies and offerings, methods and models, to ensure winning world-class design and delivery.
