Team Manager - Workplace

  • To effectively and efficiently manage the Branch resources, for both Mass and Premier Banking Segments, to achieve the targets / standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management
  • Manage the Branch Sales and Sales Support Team of Consumer Banking, Mass and Premier Banking (if any) to achieve revenue targets for the branch
  • Promote usage of sales methodology, Sales CARE and BEE models, and Financial Journeys, to achieve targets
  • Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service qualities
  • Increase staff productivity
  • In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
  • Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results
  • Achieve branch compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call


Qualifications
  • Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration, with at least 2 years' experience in branch banking with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects
  • Strong Leadership & Sales Management Skills
  • Sound financial knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of banking law and practices
