Want to join Stibbe as a lawyer-tax expert?

Working as a lawyer-tax expert at Stibbe is not the same as elsewhere. You will not find a tax compliance practice, but rather complex issues within the international transaction practice. You will advise on Dutch and international tax law in, for example, private equity, structured finance and corporate finance transactions. You will also advise on the tax aspects of Dutch and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, IPOs and real estate projects.

How fast do you want to grow?

Our tax lawyers have a completed degree in tax law with at least civil effect. You will be sworn in as a lawyer and follow the Bar Association's Professional Training Programme combined with the Law Firm School (LFS). In addition, you will eventually take part in the training of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). Read more about the Law Firm School here.

Intensive international cooperation

As a lawyer-tax expert, you will work closely with colleagues in Amsterdam, Brussels, London and Luxembourg - and with lawyers from top foreign firms with which Stibbe maintains good relations.
