What You'll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain key client relationships, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all reporting requirements for your assigned client portfolio.
- Financial Reporting Oversight: Supervise the preparation of bespoke monthly and quarterly closings, meticulously tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.
- Financial Statement Review: Oversee the review of annual and interim standalone financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to financial analysis, complex reporting, and support acquisitions, disposals, and liquidations.
- Tax & Distribution Support: Provide essential support in the tax return process and the calculation and processing of dividends and distributions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and champion process enhancements and efficiencies, collaborating with Directors to implement innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy, or equivalent. Professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and accounting for transactions in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Experience in providing bespoke reports to clients based on accounting information.
- Working knowledge of Luxembourg entities would be advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in both Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
