Our Business Services Value Stream is comprised of several individual Value Teams that collectively deliver the outcomes needed to our Business Services team. The individual Value Teams will be comprised of all the resources, skills and capabilities required to plan, code/configure, build, test, release, deploy, operate and monitor our solutions.

As Senior Testing Consultant in the Value Team you will be a key contributor to delivering and testing Business Services outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Analyze and interpret business requirements, test strategies, technical documentation, and configuration deliverables across client onboarding projects, working in close collaboration with configurators within the Value Team
• Own the full test lifecycle: planning, development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed, robust, and scalable test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices aligned with system configurations and business workflows
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing - manually and via automation frameworks
• Support client onboarding delivery by contributing to the build and deployment of Business Services configurations in close partnership with Value Team configurators
• Identify and deploy appropriate tools and methods for testing, including cloud-based solutions, performance testing, and automation pipelines.
• Lead incident management for test failures, including accurate defect documentation and driving resolution through the full defect lifecycle.
• Contribute to and improve test automation strategies and scripts across Business Services value chains.
• Participate in and sometimes lead client-facing testing activities, including UAT support and pre-implementation workshops.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of Business Services
• Improving and automating testing processes along the Business Services value chain
• Constantly learning and developing yourself and the team

WHAT WE VALUE

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Business knowledge in Investment Operations areas such as derivatives, trade processing, collateral, reconciliation
• Knowledge and experience in testing, including technologies such as SQL
• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle, incident management, standard test deliverables
• Previous experience in test automation would be beneficial
• Unsupervised design, development and implementation of test automation scripts is beneficial
• SimCorp Dimension knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in implementations of projects will be considered a plus
