The Financial Accounting, Infrastructure andReporting team is accountable for the integrity of the books and records of theFirm / LOBs and leading large-scale data, infrastructure, accounting standardand business process change management events.

The Finance &Treasury/Chief Investment Office Chief Data Office (CDO) as part of theFinancial Accounting, Infrastructure and Reporting team is responsible forproviding fit for purpose data required by Corporate Finance & T/CIO anddriving data governance and policy adherence to the Firmwide Data Managementstandards and capabilities.

The Finance & T/CIO Data ManagementOffice is looking for an Associate level candidate who will be part of a highperforming team of data management professionals focused on deliveringinnovative data management solutions to Corporate Finance & T/CIO stakeholders. Data quality team members are focused on thedelivery of data management capabilities driven by GF&BM projects,Firmwide Data Management Critical Business Initiatives, and Corporate Finance &T/CIO stakeholder BAU data needs.


  • Partner across the Finance &T/CIO CDO leadership team to support the delivery of the following datacapabilities for a prioritized book of product-aligned work
    • Data Quality - Facilitate resolution andoversight of the book of data quality issues and data sourcing gaps; ensureissues are clearly understood for prioritization and resolution and linkage toall necessary metadata (i.e., adjustments, demand, technology JIRAs); support roll-out of Data Content Ownerstrategy
    • Data Quality Controls - Ensure dataintegrity of the book of work by identifying and overseeing implementation of dataquality controls across Finance CDO data quality issues
    • Quality Assurance - Drive consistencyand accuracy for Corporate Finance data quality issues through establishedprocesses for ensuring standard approach to reporting and remediating issues
  • Support Finance & T/CIO CDOleadership team in preparing for Finance forums through the creation of metricsthat communicate the status of work, drive framing and rollout of CDO strategy,and advise on overall data health
  • Partner with stakeholders toremediate client reference data quality issues impacting Finance by partneringwith various stakeholders within the business and reference data teams
  • Partner with stakeholders toremediate data quality adjustments across the Finance & T/CIOinfrastructure (e.g., General Ledger, External Regulatory Reporting, and Liquidityreporting)


  • 3+ years project and/or Data management experience required
  • Strong core finance technical skills and solid understanding of finance processes, infrastructure and systems
  • Attention to detail, juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Excel and any experience with Collibra, JIRA or Data Quality tracking tools desirable
  • Able to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead across LOBs/Functions and geographies; Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; sound judgment
