Job Description

1. Attend to both internal and external enquiries.

2. Deliver superior client servicing and contribute to the overall Privilege Banking customer service experience.

3. Perform voice log verifications on financial/monetary transactions.

4. Administrative, and documentation support as required
5. Ensure compliance with bank's policies & procedures.
6. EWF scanning + EOD reconciliation - estimated daily volume 1,200 documents

7. Batching of trade related documents
8. Batching of forms i.e. account opening doc, customers' request requests etc
9. Courier - Prepare docs to send out + assist SCAs to key in courier request
10. W8BEN follow through
11. Bringing physical forms to PBCs for processing

12. Manage Inward and outward mail bags (review documents content)
13. Order stationary
14. General filing
15. Open letter boxes
16. Documents Archival Bulk document retrieval from EWF for audit / investigation related purpose
17. Ad hoc project

18. Any other miscellaneous

Job Requirements:
1. Conversant in both English and Chinese
2. Basic knowledge on Excel and Words
3.Responsible
4. Detailed
