Job Description

• Develop and implement financial operations strategies to optimise costs and enhance efficiency.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial planning and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the financial operations team.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finops Manager should have:

• 8+ years of experience in financial management or IT finance with at least 3 years in FinOps
• Strong expertise in financial operations within the financial technology industry.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
