Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day cashiering, client funds management, and daily bank reconciliations in compliance with client money regulations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, including invoice approvals, payment runs, and month-end expense journals.
• Review employee expenses and credit card reconciliations in line with tax policies.
• Process client billing and ensure compliance with local GST and withholdings tax rules.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Monitor finance inboxes, handle queries, and support continuous process improvements across APAC.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of finance experience within a legal environment (AP, billing, cashiering).
• Proven experience maintaining accounts and working independently.
• Strong Excel, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of legal client money rules and legal accounting software (e.g., Aderant) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
