  • Provide thought leadership and accountable for overall regional Voice Services strategy and delivery to committed operating level agreements for region
  • Govern adherence of Voice Operations OLA's
  • Region specific service improvement plans to address deficiencies in technology solutions and operational processes including service design, service transition, capacity management, incident, change, and problem and event management
  • Accountable for root cause analysis for Severity 1, Severity 2, and chronic recurring incidents that impact the business sector  Primary contact for service-related issues. Owning and executing against the Service Improvement Plan to reduce incidents. Ensuring platform stability, with an aim to maximizing service uptime
  • Report on established SLOs in order to establish efficiency of service, and development of corrective action plans to bring deviations back in line.
  • Representative for Executive Change Advisory Board to ensure changes are appropriately risk rated and executed with quality
  • Provide oversight and leadership to ensure risk and compliance commitments are achieved


  • Systems analysis skills, understanding of business, excellent communication skills
  • Ability to break complex concepts down into terms understandable to non-technical individuals
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications with the ability to take complex technical detail and articulate it effectively Competencies

  • An effective communicator, with a good command of both written and spoken English (Spanish also highly valued)
Knowledge / Experience:
  • Expert infrastructure knowledge with at least 10 years' experience in large mission-critical environments
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and  capable of distilling complex technical discussion into succinct presentations that can influence the target audience and motivate to action
  • Certification in Voice platform technologies
