Office administration and guest relations/receptionist duties



1. Reception and Switchboard duties

2. Mailroom duties (Franking of Outgoing mail, sorting and distribution of incoming mail)

3. Coordination with delivery agents and drivers for despatch services


1. Stock Maintenance & Monitoring of :

- stationery (files, printed forms, name cards),  newspapers,  toners,  etc.

- bottled water and beverages

2. Monitor good working order of miscellaneous office facilities e.g. restrooms, lightings, air-conditioning

3. Update monthly rental and quarterly car park schedules

4. Coordination and scheduling of drivers, despatch and meeting room bookings

5. Handling cash cards for top up and car park claims from drivers

6. Assisting with facilities management and office administration functions 

7. Typing and filing work

8. Other ad hoc duties that will arise from time to time


  • 2 - 3 years experience
  • Basic Diploma / 'O' levels
  • Excellent telephony and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Must be organised, meticulous, possess initiative & be alert
  • Steady, patient and good inter-personal skills
  • Positive attitude and cheerful disposition
  • Microsoft Excel and Words skill
