Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage operations and business project initiatives for cash related products.
- Participate in functional specification gathering with stakeholders and define any areas of high risk in collaboration with business/operational users.
- Provide SME advice and review requirements to ensure it meet functional request from business and/or operational needs.
- Work closely with the Testing team to cover all scope of work per project plans/timelines.
- Conduct system training/enhancement to operations users to ensure readiness for operationalisation.
- Provide post implementation support to operations users and work closely with technology partners to resolve the incidents.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experiences with project management in banking or financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills with skills, ability to work independently, confident with change mindset and good time management.
- Good stakeholder management with effective communication, written and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
