We are pleased to be working with an established financial services organisation that has a strong history and legacy. The business has recorded strong growth in Asia and Singapore is identified as a key market.

Based in Singapore, this role reports to the Regional Head of HR based in Singapore and will assume the role of HR Risk Champion to ensure all HR key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures. You will manage to make sure all HR policies and procedures are maintained, reviewed and updated regularly.

Having up-to-date knowledge on relevant local and international regulatory development is critical so that you can identify changes that affect HR activities and suggest actions to be taken. Leading a small team, you will play an important role in HRIS projects by leading system implementations and enhancements which involve process review, change management, etc

You must have a proven track record with at least 10 years of generalist HR experience preferably gained in financial services environments. Prior experience as a change agent is critical as you need to be a self-starter, resilient, resourceful and very strong in planning and time management.
