Regional Data Management is looking for experienced professional to drive data centralisation and build of 360 mart to support Personalisation/ experiments initiatives across the region. Be part of a dynamic team that is pushing the boundaries on data led digital/ real-time engagement. Work with different Country teams (business, technology, data scientists, etc.) to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision. Responsibilities
Lead initiatives and coordinate with regional and country stakeholders across product, analytics, digital, technology, customer engagement Understand and document business data needs for building the data marts Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to meet project objectives Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Assist in development of detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Strengthen and align the digital roadmap and customer journeys for loans across the markets Requirements
Bachelors or Master's degree in business, finance or engineering At least 10+ years of relevant experience in data management, consulting or analytics Experience working in a data-centric business environment Familiarity with Personalisation / machine-learning technologies and tools, such as big data stack, Python, Adobe, Unica, Salesforce and visualization techniques Strong working understanding of data structures and data models to enable customer engagement Familiarity with Personalisation / machine-learning technologies and tools, such as big data stack, Strategic thinker, analytical, innovative; likes to keep up with industry trends and new technology Self-motivated, accountable, resilient; not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo Strong communication and interpersonal skills; should be able to work with regional partners from different cultural backgrounds Excellent leadership skills, with a team-player attitude to drive the end-to-end implementation of use cases working with cross functional teams Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
