They are seeking a regional C&B specialist to join their team and assist in ensuring that the right talents are attracted to the company, and are thereafter competitively remunerated in the market.
This role affords high amounts of visibility as you partner closely with senior management and business leaders. Working as part of a specialised team, you will have the opportunity to shape the design and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks for multiple countries in SEA. You will be responsible for the annual bonus increment and salary adjustment cycles – including the crediting of shares, dividend adjustments, and disclosing financial information to regulatory bodies. You will also help in conducting benchmarking surveys to ensure that the bank’s total rewards package remains competitive.
You are degree-qualified from a good university and possess at least 7 years of progressive C&B experience including with MNCs with regional exposure. Prior experience in a bank or financial institution would be highly advantageous. You should have also previously worked on executive compensation, or have been involved in share buybacks or dividend adjustments. You possess strong communication skills and look forward to a dynamic, fast-paced career.
