Division Description Group Risk Management (GRM) is an independent function responsible for ensuring that risk management practices at OCBC Bank are effective and comprehensive.
GRM builds and drives the Bank's businesses through an integrated risk management approach relying on strong risk analytics to support strategic business decision-making and to create a competitive edge for the Group.
Key Responsibilities T he successful candidate will be assuming a Senior Analyst role in Group ECM . Responsibilities include:
- ECM Operations - managing SLA, team roster, providing day to day guidance coaching to Analysts, handling escalations from Business UnitsPeriodically Review and Enhance Sample Check criteria to assess ECM alerts are handled appropriately by Analysts
- Conduct sample check on ECM alerts closed by Analysts
- Establish change request for System Changes and Plan for Implementing the changes
- Review System Changes including test and verification
- Plan and coordinate UAT testing, when required
- Assist in conducting DR / BCP tests
- Periodically Reviewing existing Content Monitoring Rules
- Establishing Content Monitoring Rules for newly identified Sensitive content
- Periodically Reviewing and Enhancing ECM Training Material for Bank Staff
- Periodically Reviewing and Enhancing Training Material for Internal ECM Analysts
- Periodically Reviewing and Enhancing Email DLP Procedure and ECM Standard Operating Procedures
- Preparing Reports for Senior Management - Board Report, Operational Risk Committee (ORC) report, Half-yearly report to Head of ORM on ECM Rules
- Preparing ECM Quarterly Dashboard
- Providing periodic updates to ORPs on key changes to the ECM program
- Periodically conduct DLIA reviews with Business Units
- Conduct ECM training for bank staff
- Assist in coaching and mentoring of ECM Analysts
- Assist in establishing the technology roadmap for DLP system
- Assist/Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for ECM operations
Qualifications The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements: - Prior experience in managing DLP in Financial Institutions (FIs)
- Knowledge in Email Content Monitoring (ECM) using Symantec DLP is an added advantage
- Sound understanding of applying Risk Assessment Criteria Matrix (RACM) to characterize the risk of losing sensitive data
- Good written skills to be able to write policies and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with ability to handle diverse stakeholders
- Ability to differ with BU's responses (when needed) and be able to effectively communicate across ECM view point to managers/senior managers
- Knowledge of typical content / documents that get created in a banking environment
- Sound understanding of Information Security policies and RCSA
- Good working knowledge of MSOffice
