Administrator / Manager, Horizon Asset Management

This job is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the suitable candidate will be employed on Malaysian terms and conditions of employment.

What you'll do
  • Manage all general administrative matters such as monitoring claims/hardware & stationery requisition / filing system, incoming mails, reporting to OPS, RRSA, RCSA etc
  • Liaise with external service providers i.e. accounts & finance, legal, company secretary, business services, IT, OCBC bank, etc
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing payments to/from relevant parties
  • Maintain and update property database and preparation of weekly; monthly; quarterly collection reports and collection projections
  • Conduct market survey for identified properties
  • Liaise with solicitors, valuers, property consultants and contractors
  • Attend and advise purchasers on requirements of end financing with OCBC
  • Track and ensure that refurbishment / maintenance work are completed on schedule
  • Liaise with relevant authority for statutory payments for the properties
  • Follow up with solicitors on the necessary post sale (e.g. discharge of security documents after transfer)
  • To assist in monitoring and coordinating the department training KPIs
  • Manage to prepare budget, cash flow for the department


Qualifications
What you bring
  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative/ Human Resource and/or financial services sector
  • Possesses characteristic of a good team player, self-motivated and able to maintain good working relationship with people of all levels
  • Good interpersonal communication and PC skills such as Excel and Power point
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
